Check-in from 14:00 | Check-out by 12:00 the following day. For early check-in, please let us know at least 1–2 days ahead so we can prepare the raft for you.

• Personal items — towels, soap, toothbrush • Rice, seasonings and ingredients for cooking • Your favourite drinks The raft is in the middle of the lake with no shops — please bring everything you need before boarding.

Pets are not allowed in any case. A 500 THB fine applies if pets are found on the premises, to keep the raft clean and tidy for everyone.

Children are welcome under close adult supervision, and should wear a life jacket at all times. Raft 3: one child under 9 stays free per booking.

Please wash and put away all dishes before check-out — otherwise a 500 THB cleaning fee applies.

Transfer a 2,000 THB deposit to confirm your booking, and always send your payment slip. Full details in the attached graphic.

To keep the power running all stay long, please: 1. Use appliances only as needed 2. Switch off lights and unplug devices when not in use 3. On cloudy or rainy days, solar output drops — please conserve 4. Minimise night-time use to preserve the batteries 5. Don't leave the air-con or lights on in empty rooms 6. Unplug idle devices such as phone chargers and standby appliances
